Okay, so the other day I had this at Daniel of NYC, and it looked nothing like this. Mine came nicely disguised as breaded and fried cubes, I’m not sure I would have enjoyed this version quite as much.

While thinking about the “chosen-one” today, I recalled his speech from the DNC in ‘04. Probably the reason I decided to vote for him early, (even though Palin helped). That and the fact that he went to my high-school, albeit 20 years before I graduated. Got nostalgic and found this on Youtube.

My contention for best cookie in the world. Key to this is the selection of the CHOCOLATE hob nob, as the plain hob nob is clearly inferior. This is despite my preference for soft cookies over crunchy ones. Now, if I could only find said cookies in a location other than the UK, life would be perfect.
